the NEW Maust Residence!!

MOVING DAY!!
We had a big moving day a few weeks ago and it went absolutely amazing! We are so blessed to have such awesome friends that helped us with the move. We were out of the basement in an hour and a half! I guess 11 adults, 13 football players, 12 trucks and 2 trailers will do that! Can you believe that?! We sure couldn't!
We even have proof of these GHS boys bustin' their tails for us...it was awesome!

And yes, the kid of the far left is hauling MY clothes in! I kinda had to get over the fact that they were taking ALL of our things no matter what! They were good sports:)
See ALL this madness?? Yep, all cleared out for me to even pull my vehicle in the garage that same night! Absolutely amazing!!

SO....
here's our new home!! It finally happened! On Tues Aug 25th we officially became home-owners again!
Here are some pics to enjoy!
Exterior of the house: Future projects are landscape this bare baby! It kinda makes me crazy right now that there's nothing there, but I want to do it right so it will definitely wait til next spring!

We are also going to put a railing around the front porch for a homey touch:)

Backyard: View from our property line facing our house. Future project: Fence this puppy in! Can't wait!

View from our house to the neighbors back yard...and golly...it's gonna be tough keeping up with their amazing landscaping over yonder!

Inside: The living room! I'm so excited to decorate and hang stuff on these walls!
Dining area/Kitchen. The back wall and the wall not in view are going to be red soon!
Master Bedroom. Don't u love the avacado green? :) It looked pretty bad going on and I just couldn't decide if I liked it or not! But with the bedding and furniture in there I love it!

Master Bath

Guest/Boys' Bath

Isaac's room! He's going to have orange and blue stencils put in frames of the planes and cars you see on his bedspread. It'll look pretty neat I think:)
Isaac's toy corner

Isaac's closet-same design done in both their rooms

and Kahler's room! I'll be doing framed stencils in his room also, only with the polka dots that are on his bedding!

He loves it...and still sleeps so well at night!

I didn't include pics of the basement but it's the typical full unfinished basement. Our laundry is down there which works pretty good...along with TONS of unpacked bins and boxes too! It'll be so nice when that's finished down the road. It'll add a 4th bed and 3rd full bath to the house!

Thanks for touring our new home!!:)
